Data You Provide
Search Terms
When a name, location, or other search term is entered into a search tool, that request may be sent to the outside provider that powers the tool. Hot Spring County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, the message and return address may be kept so we can respond. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.

How Data Is Used

Outside Websites
This site links to sheriff pages, jail rosters, Arkansas court and corrections portals, federal locators, immigration custody tools, and outside search providers. After you leave this site, the privacy policy of the destination website controls its collection and use of data.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and serve interest-based ads. That tracking occurs through their platforms, not through records stored by this site.

Security Limits
Reasonable security practices are used to protect visitor data, but no internet-connected system can be promised as perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that data will never be intercepted, lost, misused, or accessed without permission.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal data, a request may be made to remove it from our records.
